A Chinese Carved Stone Seal with Landscape and Calligraphic Inscription.
The seal is carved from a pale stone with natural warm ochre tones concentrated toward the top. One side features a finely incised landscape scene with figures beneath flowing trees, while the reverse is carved with a mountainous setting and architectural elements. A vertical column of Chinese characters is carved in relief to one face. The seal face is neatly cut with archaic-style characters, still retaining traces of red seal paste within the recesses.
