A Chinese White Metal Dragon-Decorated Teapot with Amber-Coloured Finial.
A Chinese white metal teapot of rounded form, the body densely worked in high relief with coiling dragon motifs emerging among stylised clouds. The short curved spout is cast with textured detailing, balanced by a braided handle. The domed lid is surmounted by a spherical amber-coloured finial, set above a ring of raised floral bosses. The underside bears a stamped character mark within a plain recessed base, bordered by a scalloped edge.
