An Indo-Persian Silver-Inlaid Steel Bow, 19th Century or Later.
An Indo-Persian iron bow, decorated throughout with intricate silver-inlaid floral scrolls and repeating leaf-shaped medallions. The exterior surface displays dense linear panels of silver detailing, forming continuous vine-like patterns along the full length of the limbs. The central grip is slightly raised and shaped, bordered with rectangular silver-inlaid compartments containing delicate foliate motifs. Both terminal nocks feature tapered iron extensions, each framed by tight silver designs mirroring the broader decoration of the bow. The overall appearance shows a harmonious blend of symmetry, flowing pattern work.
