An Egyptian or Syrian Brass Tray Table with Arabic Inscriptions, 19th Century.
A finely engraved brass tray table, set upon a later carved wooden folding stand. The large circular brass tray is richly decorated with intricate geometric patterns, floral scrolls, and detailed Arabic calligraphic inscriptions around the central medallion and border. The inscriptions are rendered in elegant thuluth script. The wooden base features finely carved legs and latticework struts.
