A Byzantine Bronze Ring Set with Agate Intaglio of Two Angels Holding a Cross, 6th–9th Century CE.
A Byzantine bronze ring featuring a finely carved red agate intaglio, depicting two angelic figures standing in reverent posture on either side of a central cross. Each angel is rendered with draped garments and outstretched wings, their heads gently bowed in symmetrical adoration.
