This richly illuminated incomplete Qur’an manuscript likely originates from Kashmir or northern India in the 19th century. Written in a delicate naskh script, the manuscript features floral marginal decorations, rubricated text, and intricate geometric ornamentation on the opening bifolium. The Surah Al-Fatiha (Al-Ḥamd) is found rewritten with particular attention to spacing and design.
