An Egyptian Granite Piriform Vase, 1st Dynasty, 3218–3035 BC.
A finely shaped vase carved from mottled pink and grey granite, dating to Egypt’s 1st Dynasty. The vessel takes on a piriform (pear-shaped) silhouette, gently tapering towards a rounded base and rising into a short neck with a slightly everted rim.
