A Chinese Islamic Bronze Censer with Arabic Inscriptions, Ming Mark, Possibly 17th Century.
A bronze two-handled censer featuring raised Arabic inscriptions on both sides, one reading "وَالله" ("By Allah") and the other "محمد رسول الله" ("Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah"). The base bears a cast six-character Ming Dynasty Xuande mark (宣德年製) within a recessed square panel, possibly indicating the period or origin of the piece.
