A Chinese Gilt-Bronze Model of a Caparisoned Horse.
The bronze figure depicts a striding horse with its head turned slightly and mouth agape, the body adorned with elaborate trappings including floral and rosette motifs, tasselled straps, and a fringed heart-shaped breastplate. Remnants of gilding and red pigment highlight the mane, neck, and legs, while the tail sweeps to one side in flowing strands.
