An Anglo-Indian footed bowl of circular form, featuring a mosaic exterior and interior composed of iridescent mother-of-pearl tiles. The nacre elements are cut into small rectangular and square sections and applied in concentric and horizontal bands to a central substrate, exhibiting a natural colour palette of white, cream, and pale grey with a characteristic lustre. The vessel rests upon a short, integrated circular foot, the base of which is lined with black felt and equipped with four protective pads.

Condition report:

The item is in good condition with the mosaic tiling appearing complete and intact. No significant chips, cracks, or losses to the nacre tiles were observed. Minor wear to the felt-lined base consistent with display and shelf use.
