The composition is structured in horizontal registers, with large lines of blue and red script at the top and bottom flanking a central rectangular panel containing thirteen lines of smaller black Naskh script. The text is encased in an intricate illuminated border consisting of dense floral and geometric patterns in gold, blue, and red. Stylised floral finials extend from the border into the cream-coloured margins.
Approximately 41 x 30cm
Condition report:
The artwork appears to be in good overall condition. There is minor foxing and light toning visible on the cream margin paper, consistent with age. The pigments and gold leaf remain vibrant and well-preserved. The frame shows minor surface wear. The piece has not been examined out of the frame.
