An Indian Mughal Jade and Mother-of-Pearl Inlaid Powder Flask - An Indian Mughal powder flask, curved in form, featuring carved dark green jade. The main body is meticulously inlaid with overlapping, iridescent mother-of-pearl or abalone shell scales. One end is sculpted as a stylized animal head with prominent snout and eyes, while the opposing end terminates in a scrolled, foliate design.
