A Roman style carved stone furniture fitting in the form of a stylised foot, richly ornamented with a lion-mask terminal, scrolling foliate motifs, concentric roundel decoration and tassel-like details beneath a collar at the ankle. The front is carved with pronounced toes, while the sides display elaborate vegetal ornament rendered in low relief.
