The stone displays a rich green tone with natural inclusions and internal variations visible throughout. The reverse is flat and polished, while the engraved face is slightly domed, enhancing the depth of the carving. The edges are neatly faceted, giving the piece a structured geometric profile.

The gemstone exhibits significant internal inclusions (jardin) consistent with natural emerald. There are minor nicks and chips visible along the perimeter and faceted edges. The reverse side shows a rough finish with surface abrasions and exposed dark mineral inclusions.
