A group of four Islamic glass gaming pieces, probably Syrian, comprising two of deep cobalt-blue glass and two of dark near-black glass. Each of solid cylindrical form with a rounded domed top and flat base. The surfaces display extensive age-related weathering, iridescence, fine crackling and areas of earthen encrustation, with subtle variations in form and colour.
