A Chinese Crackle-Glazed Tripod Censer in the Archaic Ding Form.
A Chinese ceramic censer of rounded compressed form, raised on three short tapering legs and modelled after the archaic ding vessel shape. The exterior and interior are covered in a pale cream glaze with an even network of fine crackle throughout, pooling slightly in the recesses and around the rim. The body rises to a gently everted lip, framing a deep well suitable for incense or ritual use.
H: Approximately 8.3cm
