An Islamic Calligraphic Composition with Circular Medallions and Floral Ground, 20th Century.
An Islamic calligraphic composition arranged in a vertical tripartite format, surmounted by a rectangular cartouche bearing the inscription Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim (In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful).
Beneath, three circular medallions are vertically aligned, each filled with dense and finely interwoven Arabic calligraphy radiating from a central roundel. The script is executed in a flowing, ornamental style, forming a harmonious balance between text and geometry. The surrounding ground is delicately decorated with faint floral scrollwork, enhancing the spiritual and decorative presence of the piece.
