A Group of Four Islamic Glass Gaming Pieces, Probably Syrian, 13th Century or Later.
Comprising four domed glass pieces of rounded form, two in deep translucent cobalt-blue and two in dark smoky-black tones. Each is worked in thick glass with a smooth curved profile and flat base, the surfaces displaying extensive crackled veining and internal striations characteristic of early glass production.
