A finely cast Japanese bronze model depicting a scorpion in a dynamic, naturalistic pose. The body is articulated with segmented abdomen and tail arched upwards, terminating in a pronounced stinger. The legs are individually defined and evenly spaced, while the large pincers are carefully modelled with subtle curvature and balance.
