A Chinese Islamic Blue and White Porcelain Cup.
A small white porcelain cup decorated with a continuous band of cobalt-blue Arabic script around the exterior, the calligraphy flowing in rounded strokes with scattered diacritical marks. The body is gently flared at the rim and tapers to a short, narrow foot with an unglazed ring showing a warm biscuit tone. Double blue line borders encircle both the rim and foot, framing the inscription.
