A Chinese Cizhou-Style Carved and Glazed Dish.
A Chinese dish featuring a carved foliate medallion to the centre, surrounded by a radiating band of stylised petal motifs. The surface displays a light olive-brown glaze with areas of dark speckling throughout. The rim is gently lobed, and the exterior is finished in a similar glaze tone. The base is unglazed with an inscribed text visible within the recessed foot.
