A Chinese Terracotta Head Fragment.

A Chinese terracotta head fragment, depicting a serene male face with softly modelled features and gently closed eyes. The hair is arranged in finely incised vertical strands, gathered into a high fan-shaped headdress rising from the crown. The ears are elongated and simply formed, framing the calm expression.
