A Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Brush Washer with Five-Clawed Dragons.
A domed porcelain brush washer decorated in deep cobalt blue on a white ground, encircled by five-clawed dragons in vigorous pursuit of flaming pearls, their serpentine forms soaring amidst stylised clouds above turbulent waves. The underside bears a six-character mark in underglaze blue within double circles, reading Da Qing Yongzheng Nian Zhi, possibly indicating the period or origin of the piece.
