A Large Qajar-Style Painting of a Lady with a Lute, 20th Century.
A tall rectangular painting depicting a richly dressed female musician standing indoors, rendered in the Qajar revival style. The figure wears a vibrant blue blouse with lace-patterned borders, a long red skirt decorated with stylised floral motifs, and a green sash tied at the waist. She holds a lute-like instrument across her torso, her expression set beneath arched brows and long black braids. The interior is detailed with patterned wall panels, a window with geometric tracery, and soft blue curtains gathered to one side. The composition is enclosed within an ornate blue painted frame featuring repeating gold motifs. A signature in black appears in the lower left corner.
