An Early Islamic Polychrome Glass Bottle, Circa 8th–10th Century CE.
A small early Islamic glass bottle of elongated form with a tapered neck and rounded base. The vessel is decorated in striking polychrome hues of turquoise, red, white, and black, forming an abstract flame-like pattern. The swirling green neck exhibits marbled tones of blue and yellow, characteristic of early Islamic glassmaking techniques from the Levant or Mesopotamia. Likely used for perfumes or precious oils.
