A Collection of Chinese White Metal Decorative Figures and Vessels.
A varied group of Chinese white-metal pieces comprising three items. The first is a rounded tripod incense burner with a domed, pierced cover and an arched dragon handle rising dramatically from one side, the surface densely engraved with repeating geometric and stylised motifs. The second is a compact recumbent feline-form figure, smoothly contoured with defined musculature and subtle engraved detailing along the limbs and head. The third is a sculptural vessel shaped as a gnarled tree trunk, featuring a seated scholar figure with a long beard and flowing robes emerging from one side, the spout and handle formed from organic branch-like extensions.
