A Chinese Famille Rose Scalloped Charger with Phoenix Medallion, Zhengde Nian Zhi Mark.
A vibrant famille rose charger of scalloped form, richly decorated with a central pink medallion depicting a phoenix surrounded by stylised flames and swirling clouds. The surrounding field is filled with scrolling lotus, peony blooms, and foliage in shades of turquoise, yellow, green, and lavender. The rim features alternating floral and foliate cartouches, all within a bold multicoloured palette. The underside shows four iron-red bats around a turquoise-glazed recessed base. The base bears an apocryphal Zhengde period mark (「正德年製」).
