The hilt is constructed with the traditional straight sidebars and dual grip bars, all richly decorated with silver-inlaid floral motifs in the classic bidri style associated with the Deccan region. The guard displays densely arranged silver patterns, forming symmetrical flowerheads and scrolling designs that stand out against the darkened metal.
