An Islamic Carved Agate Talismanic Tablet.
A finely carved agate tablet of warm translucent hues ranging from honey to deep amber, shaped in a lobed and pointed talismanic form. The surface is densely engraved with a central grid of square cartouches, each containing inscribed Arabic characters, surrounded by a continuous border of flowing calligraphy. The lines are crisp and symmetrical, displaying the refined incision typical of devotional and protective tablets.
