A Chinese Green Jade Carving of a Phoenix.
The jade carving depicts a phoenix with a curved beak and finely detailed eyes, shown with its wings folded into an elegant spiral form. Flowing feather-like scrolls extend from the body, while a smaller mythical creature rests upon the phoenix’s back. The jade is of mottled green and grey tones with darker inclusions.
