A Lot of Mughal Polychrome Bone Pichasi Game Pieces, 18th–19th Century.
Comprising ten dome-shaped bone pieces, each stained in rich hues of yellow, deep red, green, and natural hues. The forms are finely turned with incised circular detailing at the apex. Such pieces were used in the traditional Indian strategy board game Pachisi (or Pichasi), popular in the Mughal courts and later centuries.
