The front is richly decorated with circular and square medallions enclosing calligraphy, bordered with lines of angular kufic and cursive script. The reverse features a bold central panel inscribed in black with the invocation "Yā Allāh, Yā Malīk al-Jalīl wa al-Shān al-‘Ālī" (O Allah, O Majestic King of Lofty Glory), surrounded by concentric Qur’anic verses and protective prayers.
