A Chinese Blue-Ground Stem Cup with White Carved Fish and Lotus Motif.
A Chinese porcelain stem cup featuring a deep cobalt blue ground with carved white reserve decoration. The exterior is adorned with swimming fish among lotus blossoms and foliage. The cup rises from a high splayed foot similarly decorated. The interior base bears a four-character mark reading Xuande Nianzhi.
