A Japanese Bronze Figure of a Cricket with Long Antennae.
Cast in naturalistic detail, this charming Japanese bronze depicts a cricket in mid-crawl, poised with arched legs and characteristically exaggerated antennae extending dramatically upwards. The insect’s body is sculpted with remarkable anatomical precision, from the veined wings to the segmented limbs and bulging eyes.
