An Indian Miniature Painting of a Rajput Nobleman, 18-19th Century.
A Rajasthani miniature painting depicting a Rajput nobleman standing in profile, dressed in elaborate courtly attire with a distinctive patterned turban and a vibrant orange shawl draped across his shoulders. The figure is shown with hands joined in a respectful gesture, adorned with jewellery and armed with a sword and shield. The painting is bordered in red with an inscription at the top in Devanagari script, and the reverse side features faint handwritten notations.
