A Seated Camel Agate Amulet Pendant, Hinorite, 200 BC – 100 AD.
An ancient amulet pendant finely carved from agate in the form of a seated camel, attributed to the Hinorite culture, circa 200 BC – 100 AD. The camel is portrayed with a compact, rounded body and defined legs tucked beneath, its head raised in profile with incised facial detailing. A crosshatched rectangular element on its back, pierced laterally, suggests it was worn as a pendant or protective charm.
