A Chinese Blue and White Stem Cup with Dragon Motifs, Xuande Mark.
The stem cup is decorated in vivid cobalt blue, featuring a dynamic five-clawed dragon striding amidst swirling clouds and waves across the exterior. The stem is encircled with stylised mountains above wave patterns, continuing the auspicious theme. The interior is left largely plain with a double blue circle enclosing a six-character Xuande mark in underglaze blue at the base, The base bears a six-character Kangxi mark enclosed within double circles, possibly indicating the period or origin of the piece.
