A Chinese Libation Cup with Qianlong Mark.
A Chinese libation cup, featuring archaistic designs of sinuous dragons in high relief encircling the body. The tapering form rises from a stepped foot adorned with key-fret borders and stylized scrollwork. The exterior surface displays crisp incised lines and curling beast motifs echoing archaic bronze forms. A Qianlong four-character seal mark is inscribed to the base, possibly of the period.
