A Chinese Imperial Yellow-Glazed Stem Cup.
Finely potted with a deep rounded bowl raised on a tall, flared stem foot, this elegant porcelain cup is covered in an imperial yellow glaze stopping neatly at the base, revealing the white-glazed interior and underside. The interior and base are left white for contrast. The foot bears a six-character mark in underglaze blue, possibly indicating the period or origin of the piece.
