A Mughal High-Karat Gold Necklace with Emerald, Ruby, and Enamel Inlay, 18-19th Century.
A fine Mughal gold necklace, composed of intricately linked panels set with seed pearls and polychrome enamel inlay. Each floral-form link is adorned with Mughal-cut rubies and emeralds. The centrepiece features a carved emerald of approximately 4–5 carats, framed by a ring of ruby petals in a flowerhead arrangement.
