An Islamic Brass Astronomical Astrolabe with Arabic Inscriptions.
A finely crafted brass astrolabe featuring intricate openwork on the front and engraved Arabic inscriptions on both sides. The rete is delicately pierced with stylised pointers representing prominent stars, while the outer edge is marked with degrees and zodiac signs. The reverse side is inscribed with a calendar scale and shadow square, all annotated in Arabic script.
