An Indo-Persian Astrological Diagram, 19th-20th Century.
A finely drawn Indo-Persian astrological diagram composed of concentric circles filled with Arabic inscriptions. The outer ring is divided into twenty-eight segments, each inscribed in vibrant red with names corresponding to the lunar mansions (manāzil al-qamar). The inner circles contain further inscriptions in black, including directional notations and cosmological references arranged around a central medallion. Executed in ink and pigment on a warm beige paper ground, with neat border lines enclosing the composition.
