A Tabarestan Silver Half Dirham of Governor Suleiman, 784–788 AD.
A silver half dirham issued under Governor Suleiman in Tabarestan, dated 784–788 AD. The obverse presents the stylised bust with crescent crown enclosed within a circular beaded frame and flanked by Pahlavi inscriptions. The reverse features the iconic fire altar with two attendants, framed by concentric rings and clear outer symbols.
