A Japanese Bronze Figure of a Coiled Cobra.

A finely cast Japanese bronze sculpture depicting a coiled cobra with its hood raised and mouth open in a striking, alert pose. The serpent is shown with tightly modelled, overlapping scales across the hood and body, the head lifted above the coils to create a strong vertical emphasis.
