A Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Dish with Lotus Pond and Waterfowl Scene & Six Character Marks to the Base.
This porcelain dish features a finely painted famille rose palette depicting a tranquil lotus pond scene. In the centre, a pair of Mandarin ducks swim amongst large, lush lotus blooms and pads in soft greens, pinks, and oranges, with elegant birds and a white crane in flight above. The delicate border is adorned with floral sprays, framing the central composition. The reverse bears a six-character mark, possibly indicating the period or origin of the piece.
