A Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Plate with Tibetan Script.
A Chinese porcelain plate featuring a central medallion decorated with a stylised lotus blossom enclosing Tibetan characters in blue underglaze. The inner petals are inscribed with individual Tibetan syllables, while the reverse bears a full ring of Tibetan script encircling a six-character apocryphal mark of the Chenghua reign, possibly indicating the period or origin of the piece.
