An Islamic Eye-Motif Glass Bead Necklace.
A strand of spherical Islamic glass beads, each decorated with applied concentric “eye” motifs in deep cobalt blue and white against a mottled earthy ground. The beads vary slightly in size, creating a rhythmic graduation along the strand.
Each bead is formed in a rounded shape and embellished with multiple raised circular medallions, composed of layered glass creating the characteristic protective eye design.
